Angela Dayton, MS is a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer and President/Founder of MedForums, a platform that connects healthcare providers with peer-reviewed medical education resources. With over 22 years of relevant experience, Angela has a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. Prior to founding MedForums, Angela was a Serial Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, Consultant, Author, Presenter, Patents and Trademarks, and Model at Your Steps Toward Success, Inc. In this role, she successfully sold two businesses by developing strategic business plans, marketing strategies, budgets, distribution channels, manufacturing elements, and step/action tasks lists. She also provided educational, yet entertaining, keynote speeches and workshops to educational organizations, government organizations, and private company staff retreats. Angela's publications include Your Steps Toward Success Facilitator’s Guide for high school and college teachers and Your Steps Toward Success Workbook for high school and college students. Additionally, she provided technical assistance and research analysis for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment & Training Administration’s (ETA) National Office, ETA’s six Regional Offices, and over 500 grantees from various programs. Angela's past experience also includes working as a Grants Management Specialist/Research Analyst at PPM Associates/Consultant to Maher&Maher for the National Governor's Association. In this role, she developed a product accountability process and tip sheet to guide grantees through the product accountability process, created an electronic database and templates to track the ARRA grant products, and provided customized technical assistance conference calls with FPOs and grantees. Angela has an MS in Instructional Technology from Utah State University and a BS in Technical Sales from Weber State University. She also attended Davis High School. Angela's tech stack includes Research Scientist. With her extensive experience and expertise, Angela has successfully founded and led MedForums to improve healthcare by offering a one-stop platform for healthcare providers to find, review, discuss, and access peer-reviewed medical education resources. The data gathered on MedForums can be monetized to inform education content producers, government agencies, credentialing bodies, health systems, insurance companies, advertisers, employers, and patient-focused technology.
